Pigs are not your traditional family pets. Yet, those who have welcomed them into their families understand it's about the "little things". These little gifts of love all have a "piggy" meaning behind them that non piggy parents know about.
Just like when you are getting ready to go out for a nice dinner and put on your best outfit just to look down and find your pig rooting on your leg. But the rooting is not the problem. It's the nose print of mud he has left! But to him, he is asking where you are planning on going without him.
It's when you are snuggled up on the couch in your favorite spot then all of a sudden, she jumps up on the couch, walks over top of you (as if you are not even there), and makes herself comfortable. Half on you, wedged in between the couch and your back. All just to say she thought you looked lonely and needed a friend.
Piggy love is when your pig is so helpful he tries to assist you with washing the floors. Only, he thinks he's helping out by running across your freshly moped floor with mud on all four hooves.
It's when you have to get up very quietly because your piggy is sleeping and you don't want her to notice you are going to get a snack, as you KNOW she will want you to share! Well, think about it... you share with your friends don't you?
